improper judgement or without any punishments

A false sc st case filed on me it made run for four years.In the first I was arrested on bail realesed. In the running court established and the judgement in favour of me has not guilty. In the judgment 1 FIR, investigation and the complaint and 161 statements, found all are false. The police obtained and submited in the court false certificates submitted in the court got issued by MRO's. The judgement has not punished any one.
