About two wheeler loan

Sir/mam, i bought two wheeler loan of rs.12000 frm a transport finance pvt ltd. Totally 12 dues & i finished 7. I couldnt pay for last month. This month due date was apr 10. I'm ready to pay 2 months due amount with penalty. I asked the manager to give some time. But he refused. The manager & the persons who collect the amount scold me badly telling to commit suicide, threatening & giving mental stress. And also asking for my two wheeler to return them. Could they take my vehicle for these 2 outstanding dues? What kind of action i can take against them? Waiting for ur kind reply. Thank you!
