if husband and wife have no physical relationship from 10 months, and both want divorce, can wife claim for maintenance ?

Kaise? Agar usne dhokhe se shadi ki hai aur uska maksad kewal paise ke liye blackmail karna Raha hai, usne false divorce case bhi lagaya hua hai, aur sare proof mere favour me Hain, aur usne koi physical relation nhi banaye
