Hi,
There is one person who is very close relative of mine and provoking me to indulge in a fight and spreading rumours about me which is affectng my staus in the society.
i dont want to lodge an FIR and also dont want any action but wanted to inform the current situation & concern to the concerned Police Station / Authority about the matter to keep myself safe from any of the issues as i am a law abiding citizen.
Please suggest.
You give your complain to the police station concerned they will take action according to the gravity of the case.
For every crime there is well defined procedure, concerned officer know is better. Legal system does not work as we want it works on the perversely set up procedure.
