after paymnet matrial not supplied by supplier

if any supplier does not delivered material as per his agreed terms of profoma invoice after full payment of Pi then what procedure can do?

if deal is commercial then you may file civil suit for specific performance of contract and alternatively pray for refund of your money with interest and expenses and if there exists relation of service provider/seller and Consumer ,you may approach Consumer Forum for your grievances.

sir supplier from Kolkata base and our place of business is Delhi they not mentioned subject of judisdiction in ther proforma invoice then can we file case in Delhi or not??
