Can I get my appeal transferred to fast track court

Hi I have been severely suffering since last 9 years for various cases like 498a divorce and 125crpc. I have divorce MFA pending in high court Bangalore since last 5 years. It has been listed since last 2 years but do not reach in evening. I have begged last 15 division bench in evening to hear my appeal. But it is vain. I want to get speedy justice is it possible to transfer my appeal to fast track court in high court Bangalore. Kindly let me know the procedure if it is possible. Regards Manish
