Divorce

Hi all,

need your suggestion.

me and my wife had a fight around 1month back,I try everything to convince her,but it want work. can somebody suggest me how and which law should I need to follow for divorce.we married in dec2017.

also me and my wife would for different location,and we have no physical relationship till now

Non consummation of marriage is indeed a ground for nullity of marriage. You can file for annulment or marriage or can go in for petition for divorce with mutual consent which can only be filed after 1 year of marriage, except in special circimstances.
