My divorce case with wife is under process. meanwhile come to know she has bought 1 mobile on EMI on the base of her Aadhar card which emi she is not paying, I am paying as address on aadhar card is mine.
Want to know what is to be done further if i want not she can use that Aadhar card/Pan card to avoid further misuse by her.
This is quite urgent, so pl guide on this little in hurry.
