Ownership on Property

Hi All,

One of my collegue , purchased a site in Horamavu village, Bangalore in year 2006 from a developer. The layout is approved by Corporation, IDBI bank is given loan on the house site. In the last week, when he visits the place, to his suprise, a board is placed in his site. states as " This site is belongs to XYZ, and ready for sale, contact number: ______".

My collegue met the guy and verified his property documents.

He shows his registered documents -- purchased from the Land Owner in 2005.

How the double registration on the same propety happens?

Seems the Owner  and Developers sold the same property to two parties.

Can criminal cases filed on this  Developer and Owner? Please provide assistance.

amazing...... bank not granted loan without titel searuch. its possible that deed shows to you is fack, you may check it at sub registrar. if deed found ginine,  you may lodge a FIR against owner u/s 420, 467, 468 of IPC and also file a suit for declearation.
