CNT act

Hii all good morning. I'm Dhananjay Kumar. I heard a lot about this forum. I have one query which need to be resolved by respected members. I have purchased a land in Dhanbad in 2007 by which time CNT act was not in force and now it came into force. As I belong to OBC from bihar residence. Further it is noted that the person from I ve purchased the land in 2007 is not belongs to CNT caste but myself belongs.. now I want to sell my land but can't view CNT act is coming as a hurdle... You all are requested to suggest me what to do.
