clarification

A person who resigned from his old job on 18.01.2018AN and join his new govt job on the very next day i.e. on 19.01.2018FN. As per law is there any rule join his old job.

As per me there is no rule. If you resign validly you can join another job immediately.

Slavery and Bonded Labor is prohibited in India, as such you have the freedom to Join any job that you prefer and like. In case of any condirtions in your first job, not to leave the job within a specified period, you may have to pay compensation to your employer for the same, except such conditions, you have the freedom to chose your job.
