An ostensible owner is one who has all the indications of ownership without being the real owner. It has been held that the possession of a manager cannot be treated as ostensible ownership with the consent of the real owner.

Mrs. A gave a property to Mr.B when Mrs. A passed away. till today Mr.B has not transferred the property to his name, Mr.B is no longer alive now. his 7 children want a share of the property, but one of the children has proof that they were staying in that house for more than 20years, How does this one child go about to buy the property that she was staying for more than 20years.
Please guide me...
