Can i do regular b.sc. along woth my job?

Sir, I want to do my UG program (B.sc) while my regular job, and after that I also want to serve as central Govt employee. Will it cause a problem during verification?

sir..police fir against me .when i cought near the exam center of 10 class ...will the case against me close or not??
