Dear Experts,
Request ur kind advice on a property purchased by my father 12 years back from a Housing Society...
Recently we constructed a compound wall with reference to the plot dimensions 30X40 and also with reference to the house already constructed to the rear side of our plot.Till date our Rt. side neighbor had no issues but once the compound was done he started rising objections and argues that we have occupied 3FT of his land... for which the Housing Society is also hand in gloves with him. We don't have any contact detail of Left side neighbor and the Housing society is also not parting with.
Now recently he has given a police complaint.
Please advice....
