Name correction

Dear Sir, My name is Rajesh Singh i have passed out my 12 standard in year 2010 from CBSE board and i work in Delhi and planning to apply for overseas job. When i cross checked my documents i have found my mother number in X and XII is same, which is incorrect instead of Shanti Bala Devi, it is mention Shanti Devi. I passed out my X standard from state board Assam and XII from CBSE board. Request you to please help how this can be corrected, because it is a very serious issue for me.
