illegal termination in Gulf country

illegal termination happened in Gulf country and company corporate office in Mumbai shall i file case against company in india any suggestions.

If illegal job termination occured outside India you can file a case against your company in the Gulf State itself...any order passed by their courts would be final and binding in India unless affected by fraud/coercion/undue influence etc..
