My friend joined in an organization 4 months before,and he signed on bond for 3 years agreement and they took his certificates also. Now he in probationary period.Now he has family problems so he needs to stay at his home,now he wants to give a resign here, but the HR peoples are asking full money mentioned in bond,but he is unable to pay money,But the certificate are holding with organization,what should he does??? Please give him the answers to solve his problem here.
