Recently I joined a company in Accounts department. I will be on probation for 1 year. Company has signed an agreement with me for a period of 3 years lock in period and in case I leave before the the said period then I shall have to compensate them @ 25% of my CTC for the balance period.
Request you to update me that since am on probation period i.e., only completed 2 months of job is this agreement is valid. 2ndly Company has not incurred any expense on me only salary paid for 2 months. Reason for leaving : Lack of professionalism and most of the accounts work are outsourced. I am not happy with the profile given ... Am a Cost Accountant. Regards
