Your dealer is in Delhi.
Your company is based in Bhavnagar.
If all the transactions had taken place at bhavnagar, you can file suit in bhavnagar.
otherwise, you have to file it in delhi where the defendant resides/carries on business.
Authorise your person in delhi to file a suit on behalf of the company.

You have to see the cause of action. If it arose at Jamnagar you can file the suit at Jamnagar itself. At the time of execution of the decree it will be problem for execution. Better file it in Delhi.
