Issue regarding the land patta. Given by Government

Dear Sir/madam . Plz provide me some information as per Law.. regarding this issue . If govt had issued a land patta to the poor married man in his native place ,who does not have any job at that time. After some years he got job in a govt sector and moved to another place for job purpose. Did the Land patta issued to that person cancelled. plz.. provide me complete information to it along with Legal problems n solutions.
