I have two questions
1. If an employee has worke for the entire financial year and has been through out the subsequent FY in the same organisation Bonus @ 8.33% of annual gross is payable. Is this applicable to all categoriy of employees? In case if the management cites recession as a reason and do not follow what next?
2. Gratuity is payable if any employee completes 5 years of continuous service. If one resigns before completion of 5Y and serves the notice period and complete 5 years, is Gratuity applicable?
