physical assault

Dear expert members,

could you suggest me on the following lines:

-> If Mr. X knocking the door at night time and when opened by Mr. Y, the latter was assaulted by a rain of blows by Mr X by using his fists causing swelling of part of face

-> The reason what Mr. X utterning was Mr. Y just used abusive words at the former's mother two/three days ago, which is false.

what could be the course of action against Mr. X?.

You may file FIR to nearest police station.

hi, the query is that, under section 452 of ipc

Whoever commits house-trespass, having made preparation for causing hurt to any person or for assaulting any person, or for wrongfully restraining any person, or for putting any person in fear of hurt, or of assault, or of wrongful restraint, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

and 325 ipc
Whoever, except in the case provided for by section 335, voluntarily causes grievous hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
