Dear advocates, can gift deed be the best solution to transfer property like land by father to son without giving anything to daughter, can daughter claim even after gift deed is made to son. how to make a gift deed by father to son, so that the son wont be worried at all regarding his sister siblings.
One more question , if the father aquired from his farher cant it be inherited property just because it passed to one generation, i guess it is supposed to self aquired property even though father aquired from his father
