Opening a CBSE affiliated school

Hi,

I want to open a CBSE affiliated school in Bodhgaya, Gaya, Bihar.

Can anybody guide me what are the requirements to open such school. I need a full information. Request you to guide me.

Gupta ji Suparbhatam.

I am Central Board of Secondary Education Board Standing Counsel at Bhiwani (Haryana). I suggest you to purchase Rs. 100/- booklet namely :Affiliation Bye-Laws of CBSE: from any of the offices of CBSE and geneally its copies are available in all schools affiliated with CBSE. You can obtain it from there also or can purchase from Central office from Delhi.

It contains in detail all the requirements and procedures. It shall be beter to have guidance therefrom rather inviting opinion of law experts on this subject.
