Termination and full and final settlement

My employer is paying irregular salary since last 2years. Now, when I pressed them hard to clear my dues they have terminated me due to absent which is a false allegation because I was present at work place . They have not paid my last 3 years income tax and pf in respective account. The said employer is in litigation with National company tribunal law. Now, can I challenge this termination in NCTL and ask for reinstatement allowance? Kindly suggest me how to recover my dues through NCTL. I am at manager level in the company.

Saying ,telling, asking, said are all verbal modes of communication.

1st thing 1st; Write to good offices of appointing authority, MD,CEO  to supply you pending docs and payouts.

Let them state in writing, whatever they want.

PF; Check with EPFO if the establishment is listed in Dafualters and any action was initiated.

 

TDS; Lodge complaint with ITO-TDS where you fil ITR and lodge compalint with jurisditional CIT-TDS where company was to file. 

Lodge your complaint under proper acknowledgment.

Purue for reply even if thru RTI.
