Dear Experts, In my colony a senior citizen couple got their only son married 2 months ago.no dowry demanded or accepted.girls family though poor was educated, hence alliance settled.boy gave a grand reception.maid at home n aunty was cooking.after 1 month DIL started pressuring husband to shift else where.started abusing the elderly couple.made their life miserable.called her parents to make her understand to maintain peace at home but mom supported daughter only as she takes daughters salary. She started abusing the husband and is pregnant.tells the husband is waste, she got pregnancy through friend, relative.doesnt ask for property share.tells divorce me.ill leave you and live in hostel. Society elders counselled the daughter in law stating only son.maid and no work.live with in-laws.told in-laws to have patience. She started instigating them by abusing when the old couple got irritated n said something she started recording.now threatens them with filing court cases as she has proofs.the old couple needs care, has health issues but all this mess troubles them for no wrong done by them. The daughter in law is threatening to file cases, approach various women organisations and also that the husband will commit suicide after been beaten by her sisters and brother in law. Please advice experts. Thank you.
