Max Bupa Insurance Company rejected my Mediclaim.

Max Bupa Insurance Company rejected my Mediclaim. The reason given by them was invalid. How will I get the claim from them I want to fight againt them. I m from a middle class family n a working women. Please help me to fight against them. Thankyou

You can file complaint in consumer court against the insurance company.

If insurance company has repudiated your çlaim without any reasonable ground, you may knock the doors of Consumer Forum.
