Greetings. I am interested in buying agricultural land ,raise plantations and later sell them as units
( unit could be one acre , 2 acres or five acres) to investors .Iam looking to raise plantations in the
and which would give yields after ten years like Teak and Malabar . Is RERA applicable for farming
?.I guess it is not .But since Iam selling the units it might be .If so, what is the definition of completing
the project within a specific timelines ? Please advise
