I am a father of 3 and half month old baby. Want his birth certificate with out surname, but not getting the same. Authorized official person not eager to give us the same, rather he is usking law/order copy, then he will provide the birth certificate. please guide me.

Can any one demand official to provide anything out of laid down norms, rules and regulations, when providing such surnames are compulsory. If you want to violate the rules, file a case against Registrar, and let the court order for issuing such certificate depending on your arguments for such exemptions.
