A Decree Absolute of Divorce brings a marriage to an end and Judicial Separation does not. However, it is more than a husband and wife living apart. ... InJudicial Separation there is one Decree pronouncingJudicial Separation. The parties remain married and are therefore not able to remarry.

Judicial separation does not bring marriage to an end, if you want to remarry you need to apply for divorce.  Get divorce decree and then remarry.

Judicial separatoin is for warring couples who are at logger heads, and cannot live together or have some kind of diease which treatment is going on and both sould not have s*x. or due to some religious custom which needs wife and husband to sleep separately.  Those times couple can approach court for judicial separation.
