Leave during election duty

Actually I have been deplyed on election duty. As I have to attend a hearing in  Court (Civil Matter). Is there is any rule/ law so that I can apply for leave or proced on leave to attend the court hearing. Please let me know whether may leave will be approved or not.

There is a rule to sanction leave for court attendance without any hindrance. Ask your superior by producing court notice copy.

Such leave depends upon discretion of electroral authroities.

 

Ity is civil case not criminal.

During election time if I am attending all trainning of election duties and going outstation (except trainning & polling days) for festivle celeberation. Is it acceptable or not? if yes than which kind of leave is acceptable. Reply please.

Prima-facie anyone who is on election duty is not alowed any type of leave for being out of station.

 

Your boss can give you leave at his own risk, if he so desires.

 

Election authroities may also permit leave.

Actually I am duputed in election duty at mp held on November 28. I am from central government office. Now I want to celebrate Diwali at my home town Himachal Pradesh. Now problem is leave. How and which leave is most appropriate. Our first training is on 27 October and 2nd and 3rd training schedule not issued. Please suggest now. Thanks for help.
