for having remedy on government property...

sir/madam
my client from waigaon tq dist wardha he is residing with his mom since 20 years but the land on which there are residing is belongs to government property under Grampanchayat limit ...now the issue is my client had paid all taxes compensation to the grampanchayat uptill now....even he has rahiwasi dakhla nd electric bill on his mother's name ....thus he is ready to compensate again money to the government.. whenever it will necessary so sir I want some remedy upon this above matter for continue reside in this place...

I want to know from which year they are residing in that land. whether there is any documentary evidence to show that they are in possession of that land.

they are residing that land since 20 years

nd they have all taxes receipt , dand receipt for encroachment

Thirty years you should have continuous possession in Government Lands. other wise you dont have adverse title to that land basing on possession.
