Query regarding resignation and compensation

Please let me know the following:-

 

Can a Sr. Manager resign on immediate basis during the probation period of intial six month of his service in a Pvt Ltd Company?

 

An injury , if sustained during working hours, during the course of his duty be suitably compensated. I had a terrible accident in factory and had a minor operation. My half toe  of my leg was lost and other half toe badly injured.

Anyone can resign. 

Resignation is not misconduct.

Were you covered by employer under ESIC?

Or any other Scheme!

I was not covered under Esic or pf scheme.

Also, Can I ask the company to settle my F&F for the days served the company ? I resigned immediately during probation period. and my final settlement has been held back.
