Dear Learned Counsel,
I'm in a situation where I need to challenge B-report filed by police.
Upon appeal, the DM said that it is not in his jurisdiction to pass such orders for police to produce the documents.
Kindly guide me in this matter as I need to file a protest petition only after looking into the accused statement.

P.S: The certified copy of B-report given by the court does not contain accused statement.
