Recently State Bank Of India introduced Minimum Account Balance in all their savings account. This decision is directly hurting the common man as its very difficult for daily wagers, students and financially weaker sections to maintain a bank balance espicially in metro cities like Delhi where you are supposed to maintain Rs 5000/- or face a fine. Can i apporach the High Court and file a PIL and ask for the stay of this step by SBI as it affects a large number of people, SBI being the largest bank of the country. Your kind advises are welcomed.
