While drafting legal documents like Leave and License, Agreement to Sale, Sale Deed etc. can we use plain english instead of using the legal language. Are there any downsides to writing legal documents without using legalese?
Secondly why do we need to use the same drafts and use the same legal language while drafting the legal documents.

As such there is no need to use legal language or wordings. As per law, the drafting should be simple and there should be no ambiguity. You are not required to follow same legal language.
