chargeback on credit card

One of our US customer has charged back by credit card & dr our A/C on the grounds that we supplied inferior quality stuff which is totally wrong. how to fight back???

The customer has charged back around Rs.17,000 and as per the information from bank it says on the ground of deffered quality of goods.We are told from bank that the issuer bank will send more detailed report as filled by consumer. Consumer had a problem on shipping charges he had to bare at his end after the shipment reached to the nearest port as per our mutual agreement. We justified ourselves by sending all details on e-mail which he is not ready to except and then he chargebacked our a/c.The total transaction was worth Rs.35,000/-.
