Framing of charge is a stage of proceeding where court frame charge on the basis of facts of the case. No application is required to be filed at the stage of framing of charge. Advocate can render necessary argument, if facts so provide otherwise it is not prudent to argue at charge. If you are not satisfied then you can challenge framing of charge in higher court.
