Punishing a girl

Dear Lawyers,

Marriage took place March 16 as per Muslim Customs.

Due to misunderstanding between both the parties, both have been separated and living their respective life separately.

DV Case filled by girl side & RCR filled from other party in family court.

Both the cases are in effect for past one year & not yet settled.

My Question are below

What if girl gets married with other guy (Secretly & vacating to other city with the boy of her choice) without settling these cases.
Under what section this girl can be punished by her first husband ( Note: First husband have not filled divorce, he has filled only RCR reunion ). Still the law favours for women for this case? In what ways this girl can be punished by her first husband. Can you give similar judgements regarding this

u have filed RCR and you also want to punish the Girl..... you need clarity

You are hurt i can undertstand but why do u want to waste ur time on a girl whom u feel will vacate with some other guy

If its not working out and if u think u were not wrong then u have the right to live your life afresh. Let her go to hell on vacation. Pay some price and get free...MCD

You can take a stick and beat your lo da, if she has real love for you she will come and join you in hunny moon. Or else you can keep beating your lo da and punish it propery so that it wont look up any girl aain in entire life.
