Cheque is of Punjab National Bank and my client deposit the same in his Bank of india account for incash. Cheque has been bounce---Bank returned the cheque with memo. There is stamp of punjab national bank on the memo but it does not bear signature of Bank official. is it admissible in evidence in case of 138-NI Act case. ? or i have to summon the bank witness

1.  The original Rubber Stamped unsigned Bank Memo is acceptable, as documentary evidence.  HOWEVER to stem any objections, approach the Bank for signature on the Memo.
