Dear Friends,
We have a Agricultural property which was given by my Paternal uncle who had no issues some time in 1968 to be taken care of. But somehow this was in different names including me and my father and i was the only person who was responsible for taking care in all the matters related to it. I am taking care fairly and regularly paying for the debts, lagaan etc. against the same and had to live a miserable life all these years.
Now my uncle and my father is no more and certain people in my family are popping up to claim their share. Kindly do advice me to what should be my line of action
