about mental harrasment

I want to know if some one at your workplace always gives u tension and he always try to prove that you are useless and always passes all work and blmes on you. Is there any law that I can file a case of mental harassment.

U can lodge complaint with officer higher in rank to the person who is harassing U. If Employee Grievance Redressal Mechanism is available in the organisation, U should avail it. U can have a mobile with voice recording facility and try to record such uttrances, which will then deter the person from harassing U.
