Rectification deed without seller

in my sale deed my initial is G INSTEAD OF D i dont want to explain all stories as a buyer i didnt go for registration mediator did every thing after making huge profit he was not traceable so also seller now how to execute a rectification deed for my initial change

For any rectification in a registered document all the signatories are required to be present. However in your case you should approach a Court or Law for help. Good luck, Kishor Mehta

You can file a petition in the civil courts to have the deed rectified. The court can ask the deed to be rectified after ensuring that the real intention of the parties is not reflected in the deed.
