Ssc & sslc name change

Dear Sir, I converted into Islam, so what is the process for the changing name in SSC & SSLC. Past 14 years i am in Kuwait, working as Accountant. I made change name affidavit and paper ad.

you needs to file "Change of Religion" in Government GAZATTEE. which gets published in 15 days, also you may file Change of name application in Government Gazattee in the gazette office of your state capital city.
