Chargesheet

Sir, we are the victims in 302 section, police lodged chargesheet 3months back, when we asked for a copy they said, to take from court. We tried in court, there by saying because prc number has not alloted,untill then we cannot take chargesheet. Sir, please tell the procedure to get the chargesheet
