My client has been arrested for the offence U/s. 306 of his wife as she died of Pouring Kerosene and ablaze her self,
later in her Dying Decleration she explained as her husband was played prank whether she is acting or true and Lit the Match stick due to which she ablazed.
So Police earlier has arrested the accused U/s. 306 and he enlarged on bail, after which taking in to consideration of DD they again trying to arrest the accused U/s. 302 for the same offence, is it possible to arrest my client and could law support the Police.
