I have an agri land 39.50 gunthas in karjat in green zone 2 . I would like to build a farm building there . But I have been told that according sec 41 of MLRC , minimum req is 40 gunthas . Acc to my information , this land does not even come into the gauthan expansion scheme and so the permission for farm building has to be taken from alibaug collector and it has to be 40 gunthas minimum. I don't want to do NA.
