Hello! Me and my wife are co-accused in an FIR. Initially the complaint was filed against us and some unknown people. However, the informant later gave an additional statement, in which he gave the names and addresses of the other people also. But the charge sheet has been filed only against me and my wife under sections 341, 448, 452, 354(B), 143, 147, 120(B) of IPC. The charges have not yet been framed. Can i move an application with the trial court or a higher court to get the charge sheet filed against the other accused named by the complainant in his additional statement? If yes, then under what section of the CrPC can I do so?
