Good Morning Experts.
I am Adv Afzal working as legal officer in a private limited company. My company had filed a complaint u/s.138 of N.I. Act against one of its customer for the pending payment (it is also a pvt. ltd. company) in 2008, summons were served at that time, but no step has been observed till to the date. Now, the accused company's status is dormant. What would be next step for me to conclude the matter. Please suggest in detail.
