Is cancellation of settlement deed unilaterally by the settler is valid?

Settler is a wife executed the irrevocable and unconditional settlement deed in favor of her husband. After 8 years she cancelled the settlement deed unilaterally, due to illegal contacts of her husband .Whether the Cancellation of Settlement deed unilaterally by the settler is valid? Now her husband is challenging the cancellation deed is null & void.
